This is the application form to become a Certitified Strategy Practitioner (Affiliate) member of the Strategic Management Institue. Membership will provide you with the forefront in latest thinking and trends in strategy, and up to 15% discount on our events which provide you with a networking opportunity and an opportunity to learn from others perspectives of strategy and strategy related tools, methods, war stories and practices. Individuals possessing a (recognised) undergraduate degree of any discipline and successful completion of the two core strategy related courses are eligible for accreditation as an Affiliate. (Further fees apply to complete required course work). Please be prepared to attach a certified copy of your previous undergraduate qualifications for approval at the end of this application form. After successful completion of the CSP (Affiliate) application, we will contact you via email within three business days to further your application to become a Certified Strategy Practitioner (Affiliate).
